Documents (invoices, receipts, warranties)


Legal documents will be delivered / sent always with the original order. Please check orders and to notify in writing any absence of a document upon receipt.
The warranty conditions are in accordance with the legal provisions in force. At the request of the guarantee is required defective product in its original packaging, along with related accessories, photocopies invoice and warranty certificate. Product Warranty

The warranty for products sold by us, except consumables (batteries, etc) is 2 years. The products repaired or replaced will not be received by our specialized service properly packed. We do not accept warranty unpackaged items. Terms of return:
The product must be in new condition, without signs of wear, scratches, flaws, shocks, or defects caused by shock. The product must be in original box, undamaged with all accessories received, separating materials, installation CD, manuals, etc. and warranty card and a copy of the invoice. If the acquisition generates a gift coupon, and it has been used, the return value of the products will be made with lower coupon value. If you want to return a product, you need to follow these steps:
1. Fill in the form of return.
